Gameplay

Each member has specific weapons and skills that contribute to the team, so even if a player is better than the other, the game can never become a one-man army thing followed by bystanders. The fact that the character are attached to a single point (the Chariot) has a “real” justification in the gameworld and is not justified by technical constraints: “The camera cannot zoom out further”. Also, the tank and the fact that character have sometimes to board it in order to support implement even more the team effort: To learn to sacrifice some of spotlight time a player is used to in single player and most multiplayer game, while keeping a very important and active role. Most multiplayer games are just single player games with humans instead of Ais. The approach for this is different: A multiplayer oriented-game with a single player mode where the humans are replaced by Ais. This could be related to games like Mario Party or Final Fantasy: Crystal Chronicles. The difference with Crystal Chronicles, is that the teamwork element is even pushed further, and it won’t require a GBA to play its main mode, namely, multiplayer.
