Mike the rat boy belongs to that same realm of mutated animals that inhabit the sewers as Kolo and the Gator People. Although more solitary than the Gators, the rats have a flair to take advantage of all the surface world can offer. Mike likes to hang out near discotheques and arcades and would do anything to eat some chips and play videogames.
